Workforce Analyst

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Workforce Analytics Team.
As a Workforce Analyst (APS 5), you will use your knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and human resources to address workforce business needs. You’ll use a variety of tools, languages, and systems to research, extract, analyse, and interpret data to support data-driven decisions for the ATO’s workforce.
You will utlise your capabilities in one or more areas, such as data management/governance, data curation/wrangling, human resource reporting, data visualisation, or analysis. Strong data storytelling skills are key to this role, enabling you to communicate findings effectively to clients across various formats.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Penrith, Sydney CBD or Upper Mount Gravatt. A merit pool may be formed and used to fill future similar vacancies in these locations and other locations within the same metropolitan area.
