As our Casual Concierge / Courtesy Bus Driver, you will provide prompt and friendly service throughout our local community and will be responsible for:
- Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly courteous manner
- Signing in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessments
- Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriate
- Operating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
- Processing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting payments
- Updating details in membership system
- Driving our Club patrons safely to their home via the courtesy bus service
- Driving our members and guests to attend events
- Facilitate cloak room service; and
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.
- Reception / concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
- Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints
- Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook
- Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card
- Full Driver's license with clean driving record
- Current First Aid certification, or willing to obtain; and
- Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
