City: Brisbane, Queensland
Contract type: Full time

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Lead to join a growing team within a fast-paced, high-volume operation. This full-time, on-site position will see you leading the daily activities of the warehouse while maintaining high standards across stock control, dispatch, and team coordination.
Working within a time-sensitive environment, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely. You'll lead by example on the floor, working closely with a small team and liaising with production, delivery drivers, and internal stakeholders to keep things running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will bring a background in food handling, cold storage, or FMCG environments, but most importantly will be someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a “get-it-done” attitude. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives under pressure, is confident operating a forklift, and enjoys taking ownership of their area.
