About the Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Principal Consultant, Advisory. Drive profitable client engagements by delivering high-quality solutions, fostering strong relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
This role offers hybrid work and can be based in Melbourne(preferred), Canberra Sydney or Brisbane.
Responsibilities:
Delivery & Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and refresh roadmaps with customer buy-in.
- Foster strong C-Level and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and influence new engagement opportunities.
- Lead large ServiceNow Transformation engagements
- Act as an escalation and support point for consulting teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and build team capabilities.
- Support presales activities through demos, proofs-of-concept, and high-level designs.
- Strengthen partnerships with ServiceNow stakeholders.
- Drive continual improvement, best practices, and consulting methodologies.
Advisory & Thought Leadership
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in industry domains (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, ServiceNow Platform Advisory and Architecture).
- Develop advisory products and services.
- Mentor consultants, support certifications, and run training workshops.
- Contribute to industry thought leadership and best practices.
- Influence clients to adopt Enable services and ServiceNow solutions.
People Leadership (if applicable, max 5 direct reports)
- Lead and develop a high performing, engaged team.
- Act as a coach, mentor, and trusted advisor.
- Enhance employee experiences and drive succession planning.
Requirements and Experience
Must-Have:
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience
- Expertise in delivering ServiceNow Transformation and Enterprise Service Management engagement.
- Leading multiple ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience in Enterprise customer environments with CxO-level engagement.
- Strong relationship-building skills within accounts.
- IT Degree, MBA, or relevant tertiary qualification.
- ServiceNow CMA certification + CIS Certification in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM etc
- ServiceNow sales & presales accreditations.
Nice-to-Have:
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS IRM, HR, other modules).
- Project management certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISA, CISM, CISSP).
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
