We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to help us maintain and evolve our workspaces to support our growing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are safe, functional, efficient and compliant
You’ll bring strong organisational skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of facilities operations. You’ll work closely with our HQ team and external contractors to ensure our spaces are optimised and ready to support our people in doing their best work
The role
This role sits within our HQ team and reports to the Head of HQ. You’ll collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders and external service providers to manage our facilities, coordinate maintenance, run improvement projects, and ensure best practice and compliance with all relevant building codes and WHS legislation

The role
This role sits within our HQ team and reports to the Head of HQ. You’ll collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders and external service providers to manage our facilities, coordinate maintenance, run improvement projects, and ensure best practice and compliance with all relevant building codes and WHS legislation
What you’ll do
- Oversee all building-related activities, ensuring our facilities are safe, functional and fit for purpose.
- Plan and coordinate installations, refurbishments and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and more.
- Manage access control, parking, waste disposal and workspace allocation.
- Maintain tools, equipment and supplies, and ensure ergonomic needs are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, including scheduling, supervision, and invoice management.
- Monitor compliance with building codes, WHS standards and emergency procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain emergency plans and first aid kits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support growth and operational needs.

- Working knowledge of building codes and relevant legislation.
Bonus skills
- Experience managing contractors and external vendors.
- Familiarity with WHS compliance and emergency planning.
- Understanding of asset management systems.
What to expect in the first 6–12 months
- Complete onboarding and get to know the HQ team and wider business.
- Conduct a full review of current facilities and identify improvement opportunities.
- Establish strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Implement or refine systems for maintenance, compliance and contractor management.
- Support the business through workspace changes and growth.
