Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer in the team, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing the organisation’s Salesforce ecosystem, working on complex system integrations.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement scalable, secure solutions that improve service delivery and user experience. The role will involve both hands-on development and administration tasks, business analysis, user support, and contributing to major ICT projects

Key Requirements

• Proven experience with at least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development across complex environments
• Technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Components
• In-depth knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities), with practical implementation experience
• Strong integration skills, particularly with REST APIs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
• Certified expertise in Salesforce
