We Are Currently Seeking An Enthusiastic And Passionate MALE Behavioural Therapy Assistant Who Is Available To Work With a Family In Rozelle For 5 Weekly Shifts

  • Monday 8:30am - 10:30am
  • Tuesday 8:30am - 10:30am
  • Wednesday 8:30am - 10:30am
  • Thursday 8:30am - 10:30am
  • Friday 8:30am - 10:30am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in varied settings, including home/clinic/school
  • Support clients in developing their skills; communication, social interactions and emotional regulation
  • Collect client data to track progress and identify areas of improvement
  • Foster a positive environment that encourages client participation

Skills & Experience

  • Studying or completed a Degree/ Certificate in Psychology, Disability, Education, Occupational Therapy or related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with children is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for helping individuals reach their full potential

Requirements

  • Working with Children Check & NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module – 'Quality, Safety and You'
  • Australian Driver’s License & Vehicle
  • Laptop/iPad - you will be using your own device on shift
