About the Role
This is a hands-on Product Owner role where you'll be the crucial link between technical teams and business stakeholders. You'll work across multiple Agile digital projects, taking ownership from requirements gathering through to release. You'll be responsible for ensuring client needs are understood, translated into clear technical requirements, and delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Agile workflows and Jira boards

• Leading communication with clients to capture and refine requirements

• Triage and respond to support requests (Tier 1), escalating where needed

• Liaising with developers, designers, and senior delivery leads to ensure timelines and expectations are met

• Owning QA processes and sign-off across development, UAT and production

• Supporting planning and traffic management across a portfolio of projects

• Anticipating client needs and proactively suggesting improvements

• Flexing across the team to ensure smooth delivery and great outcomes

About You
You're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves working at the intersection of people, process, and technology. Perhaps you've previously worked as a Business Analyst, QA, Developer, or Support Desk Lead, and are now ready to step into a broader, client-facing role.

You'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience owning delivery across the software lifecycle

• Strong communication skills - you can 'speak tech' and translate it for non-technical audiences

• A working knowledge of Jira, Agile principles, and iterative delivery

• Experience in QA and release processes

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and problem-solving

• Bonus: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, and design thinking methodologies
