We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.
Transitions Consultant – Parramatta & Adelaide - Expression of Interest
The Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth within the business, we are looking to connect with Transitions Consultants to join our Government & Defence team in our offices across Parramatta & Adelaide.
The significant focus of this position is related to ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements. This includes arranging and completing on site visits to customers’ residences to determine the scope of the removal service. The role can be based in Adelaide CBD with local travel within the Greater Adelaide region or in Parramatta with local travel within the Greater Sydney region.

Transitions Consultant – Parramatta & Adelaide - Expression of Interest

As a Transitions Consultant, You Will
- Develop strong relationships with providers, establishing mechanisms of review and promote innovative solutions to ensure the successful delivery of contract requirements.
- Have a working knowledge of the contractual documentation relating to RS Providers including Deed of Agreement, Statement of Requirements and Minimum Standards.
- Reporting of Provider WHS incidents and safety conversations with the relevant Manager.
- Ensuring statutory regulations in relation to Compliance and Safety are adhered to by Providers.
- Understanding the culture of key clients and ensuring swift response and resolution of any service delivery issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent experience in a customer facing customer service position.
- Relocations industry experience is a bonus
- Intermediate computer skills (microsoft office)
- Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal)
- This position is 90% on the road - current C class drivers licence is required
- Possess initiative, a strong desire to achieve results and a professional work ethic.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to constant change
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
