Effective and efficient administrative support to execute EPA Program.
Specific Accountabilities
Specific Accountabilities
- The provision of high quality administrative support for the EPA Program.
- Responsible for distribution and management of all correspondence with EPA customer.
- Maintenance of databases, reports and guides relevant to the EPA team.
- Maintenance of EPA Program calendar including timely coordination of agendas and minutes.
- The coordination and organisation of events, workshops, presentations and other functions, including catering, room set ups etc.
- Assist with coordination of on boarding information and induction training for new employees.
- Assist with document preparation: editing, formatting, proof reading and final collation / presentation.
- Participating in corporate activities and support for other administrative staff as required.
- Escort of contractors working in classified areas.
- Adhering to established administrative procedures.
- Availability to support interstate travel for customer meetings (circa 6-10 trips per annum).
- The EPA Support officer is sometimes required to collaborate with other support team members.
- Comply with legislation and Company policies, processes and instructions, including those relating to non-discrimination, Health & safety, Bullying, Harassment, Violence and Aggression, and duty of care and the quality management system.
- Treat everyone with respect, communicate regularly and openly with manager and team, and ensure all decisions are made with fairness in mind.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures for maintaining quality and efficient administrative support.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skill including the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive administrative systems and guides to manage information flow.
- The ability to work under pressure, including the ability to make judgements about competing priorities, initiate independent action as necessary, give close attention to detail and be flexible.
- Commitment to teamwork and maintaining a supportive work environment.
- Ability to use the Microsoft Suite including Outlook.
- Demonstrated high level of skill/experience in the use of MS Office suite of products especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated excellent time management skills, including experience handling multiple tasks at once, prioritising and an understanding of the importance of deadlines
