About the role
Do you have a passion for product management, innovation, and strategic development? We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our Blacktown team in Sydney and play a pivotal role in shaping our industry-leading product range. In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate across product groups, supporting our Product Development team to drive innovation and market success. You’ll contribute to both new and existing product development while ensuring our solutions align with customer needs and market demands.
This role will involve working closely with our air conditioning products and associated control packages. While experience with software, electronics hardware, and industrial control systems (e.g., BACnet, Modbus) is preferred, it’s not a strict requirement—enthusiasm for learning and adapting is just as important.

Key Elements To The Role
- Collaborate with project teams to gather market requirements.
- Craft strategic business cases for exciting new projects.
- Assist in executing go-to-market strategies.
- Assist with the coordination the activities of our product development team.
- Support the sales team with complex customer requirements.
To be successful in this role you should:
- Have prior experience in product management, specifically in HVAC.
- Possess project leadership skills.
- Be proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Embrace a hands-on, collaborative problem-solving approach.
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Showcase excellent time management and planning skills.
- be able to demonstrate your ability to positively engage and communicate effectively to different workgroups.
