Full Stack Magento Developer
As we expand our digital capabilities, we're seeking a skilled and solutions driven Full Stack Magento Developer to enhance and optimise our Adobe Commerce platform. In this role, you'll support both the Spendless brand portfolio and Corasol, ensuring our ecommerce operations remain seamless, secure, and scalable as we continue to grow.

About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital and eCommerce for Spendless and Corasol, you will support the development and continuous improvement of our Adobe Commerce platform. This is a hands-on technical role where you will contribute across both front-end and backend development, implementing features, troubleshooting, optimising performance and integrating new functionality to support business growth and digital innovation.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external digital agency to ensure our eCommerce experience is secure, high performing, and future ready.

About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital and eCommerce for Spendless and Corasol, you will support the development and continuous improvement of our Adobe Commerce platform. This is a hands-on technical role where you will contribute across both front-end and backend development, implementing features, troubleshooting, optimising performance and integrating new functionality to support business growth and digital innovation.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external digital agency to ensure our eCommerce experience is secure, high performing, and future ready.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with our digital team and external agency to:
- Design and implement new features and integrations across our Magento 2 platform
- Write clean, scalable code that’s secure, efficient and easy to maintain
- Continuously monitor and optimise platform performance, load speed and uptime reliability
- Architect and customise scalable Magento solutions, integrating seamlessly with ERP, payment gateways, and shipping systems
- Improve shopping cart, checkout, and payment functionality
- Manage code and release processes within a CI/CD environment
- Maintain and extend APIs (GraphQL, REST, etc.)
- Write unit tests and improve quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and technical alignment
- Research and implement new technologies and third-party integrations
- 3+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Magento Developer
- Strong background in high volume, multi-transactional eCommerce environments
- Solid understanding of payment gateways, inventory systems, and order management systems
- Collaborative mindset, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, React, Redis, Varnish, RabbitMQ
- Experience using and integrating APIs (GraphQL, REST)
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and container environments
- Understanding of web standards, SEO, accessibility, and UX principles
- Experience with GIT (or similar version control systems)
