What You’ll Do
As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted expert who elevates every client’s journey with Microflite. You’ll:
- Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Manage bookings for tours, packages, and major events with precision.
- Craft quotes, maintain schedules, and coordinate passenger manifests.
- Partner with operations staff, pilots, and third-party providers to ensure seamless, premium experiences.
- Handle inquiries, payments, and customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Welcome clients warmly to our premium City lounge, tailoring their experience to their needs and preferences.
- Ensure our lounges, helipads, and reception areas reflect our commitment to luxury and excellence.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Love creating personalised, premium customer experiences.
- Bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude to every challenge.
- Highly proficient on a computer
- High attention to detail. The little things really matter to elevate our customer’s experience
- Bonus: You have experience in tourism, events, or hospitality.
