We’re looking for a hands-on ICT Support Manager to manage our internal ICT operations while staying actively involved in daily operations. You will be the first dedicated ICT team member, so will need to be hands on in the day to day support of our IT systems whilst establishing processes and procedures and managing IT projects. As we grow, we expect the team to grow so the ability to establish and grow a team is critical.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide hands-on support across devices, systems, and networks
  • Manage helpdesk operations and escalations
  • Administer and improve tools like Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and a variety of internal systems
  • Own IT onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle
  • Drive process improvements and automation
  • Ensure security, uptime, and great user experiences
  • Ensure our ITSEC processes are sufficient to protect the companies IP and our customers PII
  • Establish, lead and support a small ICT team
  • Work with suppliers and managing contractors to support projects and workstreams within budgeted guidelines.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in IT support, preferably with leadership experience
  • Knowledge and experience of ITIL framework and best practices for delivering effective IT support and services
  • Strong skills in Windows/macOS, SaaS admin, networking, and helpdesk tools
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Proactive mindset with great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, or rapidly growing environment is a plus

Desirable Bonus Skills

  • Manage Engine ServiceDesk and Endpoint Central
  • Sentinel One
  • IT security frameworks and certifications such as Essential 8, SOC2 and/or ISO 27001
