Your role
As a member of the Workforce & Organisation Team, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of innovative change projects for our clients including technology enabled change, business transformation, workforce transition, organisational design, strategic workforce planning and sustainable organisations.
We're looking for Consultants to start working on engagements focusing on technology enabled change, before they immerse into other areas of the people side of enterprise transformation.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Support the development and implementation of innovative change programs that ensure long-lasting change and clients' success.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify the breadth and depth of change across various levels of the organization, enabling tailored strategy development for effective change management.
  • Support the development of comprehensive change and communication plans, ensuring clear, timely, and impactful interventions and messaging throughout the change journey to facilitate smooth transitions and successful adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to foster change readiness, securing their endorsement and active support for the change, ensuring seamless adoption and sponsorship across their teams.


Your profile
  • Solid consulting foundation with a deep understanding of the human and organisational aspects of transformation, showcasing an ability to navigate and lead through change in various contexts.
  • Proficient in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with familiarity in frameworks such as Prosci, ACMP, and the Kubler-Ross Model
  • At least two years of experience in organisational change management, with a proven track record in successfully supporting change projects for technology transformations including the implementation of enterprise and cloud applications, infrastructure, and data and reporting platforms.
  • Demonstrated capability in implementing effective change interventions that enhance stakeholder engagement, foster change acceptance, and ensure readiness and adoption in areas including technology deployments, business transformations, organizational restructuring, workforce transitions, and sustainability efforts.
  • Exceptional empathy, with the ability to anticipate the impact of future changes on employees and the organization, guiding and supporting the necessary change activities.
  • Skilled in supporting the conduct of workshops and a sound understanding of a structured, methodical approach to change delivery, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder management.
  • Previous consulting experience preferred, highlighting the ability to apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in a consultancy environment.
  • Change management certification (e.g., from Prosci or ACMP) highly regarded, indicating formal recognition of expertise in change management disciplines.
