The Project Administrator plays a critical role in the early stages of our customer onboarding journey in our Managed Implementations team. This role is responsible for engaging new clients to gather essential business data sets, as well as coordinating with third-party vendors, to ensure a smooth handoff to the project implementation team.

The Project Administrator plays a critical role in the early stages of our customer onboarding journey in our Managed Implementations team. This role is responsible for engaging new clients to gather essential business data sets, as well as coordinating with third-party vendors, to ensure a smooth handoff to the project implementation team.
Your key focus areas will be:
- Advise customers in the preparation phase of the implementation, ensuring all necessary information is collected and validated for a successful implementation.
- Engage with new customers post-sale to gather business data for configuration needs.
- Provide administrative support to project teams as required.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to gather and verify requirements for data collection.
- Prepare and deliver clear documentation client journeys as they move through the pre-implementation phase, ensuring successful handoff to the project implementation team.
- Proactively manage customer expectations and communicate progress during the pre-implementation phase.
- Identify potential roadblocks or gaps early in the pre-implementation phase and recommend solutions or escalations as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Platform Solutions, and Project Managers to ensure a seamless transition from pre-implementation to full project execution.
- Ensure the data in our business management systems is accurate and current.
- Report on portfolio and project status accurately with valuable insights.

For this role, you’ll also bring:
- 2+ years in project administration, customer onboarding, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Experience working with customers and third parties to gather technical and business requirements.
- Proficiency in documenting business processes and technical requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce, Zendesk) is desirable but not essential.
