What you'll be responsible for



  • Provide strategic financial leadership and governance for the Alliance partnership
  • Develop and optimise financial models and forecasting frameworks
  • Manage complex ERP systems integration and enhancement
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes
  • Direct Alliance progress claims and performance metrics analysis
  • Lead budgeting cycles with comprehensive variance reporting
  • Implement robust financial control and compliance measures
  • Conduct thorough Value for Money (VFM) assessments
  • Oversee capital expenditure governance and monitoring
  • Develop insightful financial reporting dashboards
  • Review Enterprise Agreements for payroll compliance
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Drive financial process optimisation initiatives
  • Monitor operational variations and capital projects
  • Coordinate external financial verification processes
  • Deliver strategic financial advice to Alliance leadership
  • Establish best practice financial governance frameworks




What you'll need to be successful



  • Qualified accountant with alliance/partnership experience is preferred
  • Advanced ERP systems expertise
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management
