What you'll be responsible for
- Provide strategic financial leadership and governance for the Alliance partnership
- Develop and optimise financial models and forecasting frameworks
- Manage complex ERP systems integration and enhancement
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes
- Direct Alliance progress claims and performance metrics analysis
- Lead budgeting cycles with comprehensive variance reporting
- Implement robust financial control and compliance measures
- Conduct thorough Value for Money (VFM) assessments
- Oversee capital expenditure governance and monitoring
- Develop insightful financial reporting dashboards
- Review Enterprise Agreements for payroll compliance
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Drive financial process optimisation initiatives
- Monitor operational variations and capital projects
- Coordinate external financial verification processes
- Deliver strategic financial advice to Alliance leadership
- Establish best practice financial governance frameworks
What you'll need to be successful
- Qualified accountant with alliance/partnership experience is preferred
- Advanced ERP systems expertise
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management
