What this job involves:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Services Administrator to join our team based in Parramatta!

You’ll be a crucial part of the team in coordinating the day-to-day operations of a prestigious industrial portfolio, which is situated on the account of our multi-national construction and real estate client who we have a longstanding, successful partnership with.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Administrative responsibility over the portfolio with regards to contractor arrangement, queries, invoicing, raising work orders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities
  • Conducting effective and efficient management of all property services and other works required to be carried out within the properties.
  • Be actively involved in the development and maintenance of a property due diligence programs including reporting any works required to the relevant team members.
  • Coordinate specialist contractors to ensure they comply with their contract terms and conditions and nominated scope of works.
  • Travel to client sites within Sydney Metropolitan, mainly across Western/South Western Sydney

  • A strong administrator who is willing to learn! Facilities experience is not necessary
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines
  • High degree of customer service ethic
  • Proficient user of MS Office programs
  • NSW drivers’ licence and your own vehicle as you will be travelling between sites for part of your week
