About The Role
We're on the hunt for experienced dental receptionists to join our Highgate and bustling Pirie Street practices to help us keep the smiles coming! In this role you’ll work with the team to welcome our patients and see them through their dental journey.

About The Role
We're on the hunt for experienced dental receptionists to join our Highgate and bustling Pirie Street practices to help us keep the smiles coming! In this role you’ll work with the team to welcome our patients and see them through their dental journey.
- Welcome and sign patients in
- Maintain patient recall system to make sure reminders are sent promptly
- Answer inbound calls to provide accurate information for our members and answer general queries
- Process patient accounts and schedule follow up appointments
If you have experience in dental or medical administration or reception role, we want to hear from you! You’ll also have experience with:
- Experience processing accounts and booking appointments
- Experience with cash handling and receipting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be a motivated, organised and able to manage your workload while staying calm under pressure
- Be reliable, honest and contribute to our fantastic team environment
