Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to SAID Project Coordinators to achieve required project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support and maximise mission outcomes for project partners.
  • Coordinate Hive projects, ensuring that required documentation is completed in a timely manner and collated in the appropriate digital repository.
  • Monitor the progress of Hive projects and ensure that deadlines are met maintaining progress on current reports.
  • Prepare and issue project documents as requested to Mission Partners.
  • Collate the information from the Project Coordinators and prepare and provide reports to the Project Advisory Group on Hive projects, particularly the expenditure of funds, measures of project performance, and project outcomes.
  • Attend various project partner working groups on behalf of the Head of Department and provide an update of key matters for the Head of Department for the working groups.
  • Work collaboratively with Brand & Marketing to support fundraising campaigns.

About You

  • Qualification and/or significant experience in administration
  • Experience in supporting the development of programs and resources, including preparation of documentation and planning
  • Experience with operational and administrative processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the mission and ministry of The Salvation Army
  • Experience working in an international context and/or with community development projects desirable
