Trainee Concrete Plant Manager

We have an opportunity for a Trainee Concrete Plant Manager at our Port Melbourne site.

Full training will be provided to become an integral team member at one of Australia's leading construction materials producers.

Reporting to the Operations & Logistics Manager, you will receive training and support to obtain relevant licenses throughout your traineeship.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Taking and inputting concrete orders
• Scheduling and allocating jobs
• Providing supervision to Concrete Agitator Operators
• Coordinating plant maintenance and performing basic maintenance
• Batching and dispatching concrete
• Managing stocks of raw materials
• Ensuring safety, health, environmental and Chain of Responsibility requirements are met
