Your Opportunity
As Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day treasury operations, managing funding requirements, and optimising cash flow and risk management processes. You'll also provide insight and analysis to support strategic financial decisions and regulatory compliance.
Key Deliverables
- Manage daily cash flow and liquidity to ensure funding requirements are met
- Oversee debt facilities, manager asset backed securitisation arrangements and reporting
- Lead hedge accounting, treasury accounting and reconciliations and sign off month closure controls
- Manage banks and investors, regulators, auditors, rating agencies, legal, compliance, reporting and audit towards treasury related operations.
- Review/Manage daily banking, cash & bank reconciliations, cash flow budgeting & forecasting, hedging and foreign exchange risk management activities
- Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior leadership
- Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations
- Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to align treasury strategy
- Identify process improvement opportunities across treasury operations
- Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA preferred) with treasury experience 7 years and above
- Proven experience in a treasury or corporate finance role, in treasury accounting, hedge accounts, reporting and forecasting
- Strong understanding of debt instruments, FX, interest rate risk, and liquidity management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
