- Inventory is managed to a high compliance standard for the site
- Develops and implements strategies for implementation of new and prospective customers
- Prepares operations for expansions and growth
- To plan, implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control
- Ensures goals and milestones are met with minimal loss to customers and business
- Ensures adherence to customer KPI's and operations budgets
- Define inventory KPI's and track and report as defined by customer and operational compliance
- Oversee daily inventory operations and identify and initiate continuous improvements
- Stock and cycle counts are managed and conducted as per KPI's
- Managing and updating the inventory IT management systems
- Collaborates with Operations to provide inventory performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- Executes daily analysis, identifies, and resolves discrepancies and problems.
- Manages life cycle of stock and overdue returns or returns with missing information and escalate to Customer Service
- Engage with the Customer on KPI's and status reconciliation and reporting.

- Bachelor or relevant degree in logistics, supply chain management or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Prior experience in inventory control, ideally in a lead or management position
- The ability to take ownership and work on continuous improvement within the inventory function
- Experience in WMS
- Prior experience working with automation is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical and decision making ability
- Strong customer and people focus
