Job Summary
Fieldin Australia is expanding and seeking a passionate, proactive, technically skilled Customer Support professional with a can-do approach to join our client-focused team. This role ensures our growers continue to receive outstanding experience while supporting internal teams with clear, positive, and timely communication.
- Owning and achieving the highest standards of client service, support, and satisfaction
- First point of contact for support inquiries from growers and internal teams
- Provide professional, solutions-oriented collaboration that exceeds expectations
- Support Grower Success Managers by handling service issues together
- Coordinate technicians’ fieldwork to meet company SLAs and quick turnaround time
- Lead new clients’ onboarding while maintaining a continuous improvement process
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues when they arise
- Escalate complex problems when relevant using cross-regional internal tools
- General back-office, logistics, and supply chain responsibilities to support the team
- A fun to work with, independent, self-motivated, team player with a proven track record of excellence
- Experience in technical support or client-facing roles in agriculture or AgTech
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Confident using CRM/ticketing systems and digital tools
- Farming background or experience with high-value crops (advantage)
