We are currently looking for an Store Manager to support leading our Flagship Castle Towers team.

No optical experience is required – we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to grow and diversify their career in our Flagship store. This role has a clear pathway to Managing one of our top performing stores utilising our World Class training platform and Senior Leaders invested in your success. Your strong coaching and training skills will support in driving sales and delivering results. An experienced people manager who has lead large teams of around 80 or more team members would thrive within this role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support, coach, and motivate your team to meet and exceed store targets.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training.
  • Manage retail operations, including stock control, store policies and procedures, staff scheduling, and tracking sales team performance.
  • Delivering a consistent premium customer service experience
  • Create an engaging and positive working environment.
  • Recruit, lead, and inspire your team to succeed in store.
  • Marketing your business within the community and shopping centre

About You

  • Previous leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment.
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs and budgets.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Confidence to provide and improvement feedback to your team.
  • People management skills of 80+ team members
