Salary range is $30.98 to $33.31 per hour. Hourly rate based on experience.

We have an opportunity for Personal Care Workers with Aged Care experience to join our team on a Permanent Part-time basis.
You’ll deliver essential support to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met with dignity, respect, and compassion. From assisting with daily living activities to fostering a comfortable and safe environment, your role is vital to the well-being of those in your care.

- Participate in the development and review of resident/client care plans; ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate to facilitate ongoing planning and provision of care for residents.

- Support the development and review of care plans to meet individual needs.
- Maintain a safe, secure, dignified, and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Undertake and complete tasks as delegated by Registered Nurse.
- Perform position responsibilities in accordance with the Positive Wellbeing Model of Care.
We’re seeking reliable and compassionate individuals who are:
- Reliable and Flexible: Able to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends, PM and Night shifts with casual and permanent part-time roles available.
- Team Player: Works collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members.
- Attention to Details: Ensures all care plans and documentation are completed accurately.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Completion of the following units of competency: HLTHPS006 – Assist clients with medication.
- Certificate IV in Ageing Support (Aged Care).
- Possess a current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire.
