The Role
Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager, this role will lead a portfolio of accommodation businesses, that cater to a diverse customer base. Hence, we are seeking an experienced commercial leader who has demonstrated ability to lead a team of site managers across multiple locations in the delivery of, great customer experiences, standards improvement, systemisation of process, staff engagement and profitability. In addition to this you will build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with our centralised functions to ensure they are supporting the needs of our properties.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience leading multi-site operations and remote teams ideally within the tourism, hospitality or the retail industries. Your naturally upbeat and open leadership style will fit our cultural values and will help you champion change and continuous improvement across your region.

The ideal candidate will be;
- Commercially minded with the customer at the heart of decision making
- Multi-site operations experience in hospitality, tourism, retail operations or similar commercial fields. Currently a State, Regional, Operations, Area Manager or similar
- Commercial and highly results orientated using financials, analytics and trends to prioritise focus to positively impact P&L outcomes across a range of assets
- A record of success founded on attracting and developing top talent. Strong emotional intelligence is essential
- Passion for ‘making life easy for park teams’ creating daily processes and embracing technology that frees up park managers to focus on guests
