  • Market Intelligence: Share insights on competitor activity, talent trends, and salary benchmarks—particularly within the chemical manufacturing and industrial sectors
What We’re Looking For:
  • Language Skills: Strong preference for Mandarin language skills, as the role may also involve recruiting in China.
  • Experience: Proven TA experience, ideally gained within manufacturing, engineering, chemical, water treatment, life sciences, or industrial sectors.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to partner with hiring managers, influence decision-making, and manage competing priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional, consultative, and proactive.
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a mix of onsite and remote work.
