What we need from you / What our client requires:

  • Experience in a Service Desk/Desktop/Workplace Support role
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft tech stack: Windows, O365, AD, Exchange
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, endpoint deployments
  • Strong customer service focus & experience in consultancy or MSP (ideal)

The Role
Due to continued growth and demand across their client base, they now have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Service Desk / Workplace Engineer to join their team. You'll be working directly with clients, providing hands-on support and helping improve IT environments, with plenty of variety and technical growth ahead.

Typical Day

  • Provide Level 2/3 support to end-users (Windows, O365, AD, SCCM, Intune)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across workplace environments
  • Support tech deployments, upgrades, and rollouts
  • Deliver excellent customer service to a variety of clients
