About the Role

This newly created hybrid role sits at the intersection of procurement analytics and system administration. Reporting to the General Manager – Procurement, you’ll play a vital role in configuring and maintaining supplier catalogues in Workday, ensuring alignment with commercial agreements and strategic sourcing goals.

You’ll also support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle by troubleshooting procurement workflows, supporting users, and developing training materials — all while leveraging data to uncover trends and opportunities that shape procurement strategy and drive value across the business.

If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, enabling system adoption, and being part of meaningful business transformation — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Systems & Supplier Enablement

  • Support the configuration, rollout, and continuous improvement of the Workday Procurement module
  • Manage supplier onboarding and enablement, ensuring catalogue content (hosted, punch-out, or offline) reflects agreed terms and preferred products
  • Partner with Category Managers to ensure procurement strategies are embedded in system workflows
  • Resolve system and workflow issues, assisting users with guided buying and requisition processes

Procurement Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyse spend and procurement data to uncover risks, trends, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency
  • Develop regular and ad hoc reports to inform category initiatives and strategic decision-making
  • Provide data-driven insights to support supplier performance management and contract optimisation

Process Improvement & User Support

  • Contribute to ongoing procurement and P2P process improvements to enhance usability and compliance
  • Assist in creating training materials, user guides, and onboarding content to support system adoption
  • Act as a go-to support contact for procurement system users across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in procurement, finance operations, or enterprise systems support
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and extract insights from complex data
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Clear communicator with a customer-focused, solutions-driven attitude
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL

Desirable Experience

  • Hands-on experience with procurement or ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Exposure to supplier catalogue/content management and onboarding workflows
  • Familiarity with procurement compliance, preferred supplier models, or contract structures
  • Experience supporting users or contributing to training/onboarding initiatives
