Business Manager to CEO MLC Expand
Location: SYDNEY, NSW, AU, 2000 DOCKLANDS, VIC, AU, 3008 Employment Type: Permanent Full Time- Lead and support key initiatives aligned with the Wrap divisional strategy, acting as a trusted advisor and operational extension of the CEO

The opportunity to join our team As Business Manager to the CEO – MLC Expand, you’ll be at the heart of strategic execution, executive communication, and cultural leadership. You’ll support the CEO in delivering key initiatives, coordinate leadership operations, and act as a trusted liaison across Insignia Financial. Key Responsibilities:
- Senior business support for the CEO – MLC Expand ensure the team thrives including leading, and in some instances enabling, the delivery of key identified projects aligned to the Wrap divisional Strategy.
- Act as a key conduit for and extend the reach of the CEO – MLC Expand by liaising with senior stakeholders across Insignia Financial
- Preparation and coordination of Board papers and CEO updates for Boards and Committees.
- Preparation of presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Managing and co-ordinating the Wrap Leadership Team with respect to leadership team agendas, organisation, and administration, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among Wrap team members.
- Internal communications supporting the flow of information to and from the Leadership team to and from the broader Wrap Division.
- Lead engagement initiatives for Wrap including but not limited to Wrap webinars, Senior Leadership Forums, and other initiatives as required.
- Act as a cultural champion and ambassador for the Wrap division across Insignia Financial.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years’ relevant work experience in similar coordination or administrative role, working with senior stakeholders in a large corporate environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications combined with proven experience in project management
- Proactive approach in managing deliverables and seeking ways to add value.
- Exceptional relationship and communication skills with a high level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters.
- Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Team player with excellent time and project management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at one time.
- Leadership skills (e.g. trusted and respected, demonstrating collaborative behaviours, act with integrity, be available and approachable)
- Proven ability to deliver projects/programs and communications in a timely and effective manner
