People Advisor (12 Month Fixed Term)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive People Advisor to join our People & Culture (P&C) team on a 12 month fixed term contract located in Sydney In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our people leaders and team members throughout the entire employee lifecycle – making a real, meaningful impact every step of the way This role will play a critical role in the administration of people-related processes within the HRIS to support a seamless experience for our people leaders and team members What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with leaders to deliver practical, people-focused advice and support across a wide range of People & Culture matters
• Contribute to the execution and ongoing enhancement of P&C programs that align with our overall people strategy
• Manage and maintain people-related processes within our HRIS to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for team members
• Interpret, create, and evolve policies, processes, and procedures that foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture
• Provide insightful reporting and analysis to support informed people-related decisions
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at elevating the overall employee experience.

• Technically adept, with hands-on experience in HRIS management and data reporting
