- Interpret, create, and evolve policies, processes, and procedures that foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture
- Provide insightful reporting and analysis to support informed people-related decisions

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at elevating the overall employee experience.
- A trusted partner with proven experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for supporting people
- Comfortable handling complex situations with empathy, confidentiality, and strong judgment
- Technically adept, with hands-on experience in HRIS management and data reporting
