What will you do?
We are on the lookout for a Legal Executive / Paralegal to join our team at our Southbank office in Melbourne! Our Legal team carries out the conveyancing for the purchase and surrender of residence rights. Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

What will you do?
We are on the lookout for a Legal Executive / Paralegal to join our team at our Southbank office in Melbourne! Our Legal team carries out the conveyancing for the purchase and surrender of residence rights. Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Managing the legal conveyancing transactions for incoming and exiting residents for the villages
- Preparing and sending documentation to incoming and exiting residents and or their lawyers
- Preparing legal documentation for our Sales Team
- Liaising with stakeholders to respond to contract-related enquiries

- You hold a relevant qualification or equivalent in Paralegal or Legal Services
- You enjoy mentoring and sharing knowledge/ expertise around the people you work with
- You have proven experience in a conveyancing role having responsibility of files from beginning to end. Having experience in Retirement Villages, Residence and Management Contracts and estate knowledge would be advantageous
- You are a team player with the ability to also work independently and remotely
- You have an eye for detail and accuracy, exceptional organisation skills
- You have experience in Word, Excel and quick to learn new computer systems
- You value people and kindness, and are passionate about delivering excellent results
- You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature
