About This Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to join a high-growth business operating within the construction sector.
Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Drive compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Provide commercial and financial insights to support strategic decisions
- Oversee cash flow, capital structuring, and working capital optimization
- Implement and enhance internal controls, ERP systems, and process automation
- Engage with external auditors, financial institutions, and key partners
- Lead and develop finance team members as needed
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer for 10+ years
- Strong background in construction, property, or project-based industries (highly preferred)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
- Experience leading financial transformation projects or systems upgrades
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
