About the opportunity

We're currently seeking Caring and Compassionate Home Care Workers to join our growing team in the Newcastle - Lake Macquarie region.

In this rewarding and flexible role, you'll help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. You'll be a trusted presence and a source of warmth and reassurance, providing meaningful support that enhances their daily lives.

Your day may include:

  • Providing personal care with empathy and dignity
  • Domestic assistance and household tasks
  • Meal preparation and nutritional support
  • Assisted shopping and community access
  • Respite care to support family caregivers

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • A warm, empathetic, and person-centred approach to care

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • Have your own car with insurance and a valid driver's license
  • First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability
  • NDIS workers screening check
