Domain is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Product Owner to join our Allhomes squad and play a critical role in driving the success of Canberra's leading property website. As a Product Owner, you will manage and optimise the product backlog to ensure that Allhomes continues to deliver value to agents, buyers, and renters across the Capital Region. This role is pivotal in translating the local property market needs into actionable deliverables and ensuring the product aligns with Domain's overarching strategy.

You will be working at the heart of Allhomes' digital and print platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across design, development, sales, marketing, and editorial. You will help shape the future of property experiences for the local community while leveraging data and customer insights to drive product innovation.

What you'll be doing

  • Execute the Allhomes product vision, inspiring your team and stakeholders to align with the product's goals and objectives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product requirements, prioritising and refining the product backlog in alignment with the product vision, business goals, and evolving customer needs.

  • Define and prioritise user stories that deliver maximum value to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of the customer's needs by the development team.

  • Lead and facilitate agile eventsceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient delivery of the squad's goals.

  • Monitor product performance through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with market demands.


What we are looking for

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager or equivalent role

  • Tertiary qualification in business, technology, design or a related field
