Deliver customer support for our client operating in the Construction industry. Our client is a global leader in sustainable construction solutions, specialising in the production of cement, concrete, and aggregates. Located in Bella Vista, this is a great opportunity to advance your career in Administration. This is a contract role for 6-months with high likelihood to convert to permanent.
About The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to all inbound Call volumes of over 100 per shift.
- Assisting customers with order bookings, changes and cancellations with training provided on delivery time scheduling with order allocation software.
- Liaising with the Operation and Scheduling teams to ensure our customer's requirements are understood and met in a timely manner.
- Providing administrative support for purchase orders and cash sales orders.
- Experience in call centre, customer service roles
- Ability to build rapport quickly through strong phone manner.
- High attention to detail with exceptional written and oral skills
- An eagerness to learn new things and grow your knowledge of the construction industry

- Available to work Monday - Friday 5.30am - 6pm - rotating rosters
- Every second Saturday morning a month, paid at overtime rates. Rotating rosters 5.30am - 2pm
