Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Finance management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Senor Finance Project Manager, and work alongside a diverse group of Colleagues that support our Digital & Integrated Systems business.
You'll play a critical role in supporting Project leadership team to provide strategic and operational finance support. You will be based in our Perth CBD office and support our WA projects.
We’ll look to you for:
- Project Reviews & Analysis: Organize regular project reviews with detailed financial analysis and performance tracking.
- Collaboration & Control: Work closely with Project Managers and Work Package Owners to optimize results and challenge estimates to maximize margins.
- Risk & Opportunity Management: Support accurate risk/opportunity identification, valuation, and reporting; propose corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Cash & Invoicing: Ensure timely customer invoicing and payment collection; promote a strong cash culture and implement cash improvement actions.
- Reporting & Compliance: Deliver comprehensive financial reports (orders, sales, costs, margins, cash) for internal and sector-level processes, ensuring compliance.
- Balance Sheet & Claims: Review project-related balance sheet items and support consistent, accurate claims documentation and administration.
- Contract & Decision Support: Validate contract database compliance and actively participate in financial and contractual decision-making.
- Leadership & Coordination: Provide financial leadership to Project Managers and coordinate with tax, treasury, insurance, contract management, and HR for compliance with local laws.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under time pressure and in a fast-paced environment, and effectively prioritise.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Significant experience in a similar role, providing financial analysis/support.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience using SAP (Preferred).
- Tertiary qualification in Finance or equivalent.
