The Role
This permanent, full-time role will see you partner closely with commercial stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region, providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. You’ll be responsible for managing operational expense reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, while supporting a variety of commercial initiatives and in-licensing arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports for internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage commercial expense budgets and forecasts
- Analyse variances to budgets and forecasts, providing insights to ensure financial objectives are met
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key commercial stakeholders and cost centre owners
- Provide financial support for business queries, budgeting, forecasting, and change management initiatives
- Manage ongoing royalty and margin adjustments in line with contractual obligations with in-licensing partners
- Assist in the preparation of standard costs for in-licensed products
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
- Progress towards CA or CPA qualifications
- Experience in a similar analytical role within a commercial or listed global organisation (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
