Located in Sydney's North West, the role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the mortgage residential and non-mortgage residential space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets. You’ll also bring:

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space
• A keen attention to detail, excellent report writing, and strong analytical skills
• Outstanding customer service and stakeholder communication abilities
