About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Casual Receptionist to join our successful team in the Toowoomba branch.
The position requires working 10 to 20 hours per week, spread over 2 to 3 days, including every other Saturday. Flexibility to cover for receptionists on leave, potentially for up to a week at a time, is also required.

The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

  • Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members using a multi-line phone system always ensuring the highest level of customer service
  • Greeting and facilitating all customer and visitor enquiries at front reception
  • Point of sale management of merchandise and assisting with showroom presentation
  • Assist with other administrative duties including but not limited to collecting and distributing mail, raining orders, replenishing supplies, managing petty cash and banking
  • Providing wider support to management and the sales, service and parts team.

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • A background in reception would be desirable
  • A strong customer service ethic and the ability to demonstrate in prior roles
  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues and management
  • Strong Computer skills including extensive systems knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet
  • Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
