About The Role
As a PBS Practitioner at ORS, you will:
- Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS
- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)
- Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionals
- Work autonomously while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical Leaders
- Receive supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
- Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core or Proficient PBS Practitioner
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of contemporary PBS frameworks and FBA methodologies
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills
- Passion for working with individuals with disability and a commitment to human rights-based, person-centred support
- Structured induction program and ongoing mentoring
- Internal PBS Training and Clinical Supervision provided
