Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? The XRX Business Centre is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who thrives in building strong customer relationships and understands the importance of customer satisfaction.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Relationship Officer, your primary responsibility will be to visit our customers in the field to gauge their satisfaction with our services and understand how our solutions are assisting them. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, building rapport, and ensuring their needs are met. This is a largely, field-based role, meaning you will manage your own time, work independently, and engage with customers face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to our customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Record all customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word to prepare reports, track data, and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Obtain & communicate pre-installation info between our customers, the sales team & our service delivery team.
  • Manage your own schedule to ensure timely and efficient visits.
  • Assist with urgent deliveries and simple technical support as required.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word, for creating reports, managing data, and supporting internal communication.
  • Attention to detail in recording customer interactions accurately.
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively.
  • A well-groomed, professional appearance and articulate manner.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • Ability to assist with urgent deliveries & simple technical queries.
