The Opportunity
As a Business Administrator, you will support a core technical team across multiple Australian locations. The successful candidate will serve as a central administrative contact, ensuring efficient team operations through collaboration, communication, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include
- Act as the go-to administrator for all local team support needs.
- Coordinate with other admins to manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee and update seating arrangements and support workspace requests.
- Assist with planning and coordinating group meetings and team-building events.
- Ensure consistent administrative experience across all teams and locations.
- Anticipate team requirements and make proactive administrative decisions.
- Adhere to internal operational procedures and compliance standards.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and follow-through to ensure task completion.
- Drive continuous improvement of on-site administrative processes.
- Administrative or operational support role, ideally within a tech-focused or fast-paced industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, presentation software, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Desirable: Experience in procurement or planning roles.
- Desirable: Familiarity with AI tools and assistants.
