Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of procurement agreements aligned with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Understand business needs to determine procurement planning and market engagement strategies.
- Engage and negotiate with suppliers to deliver value-for-money procurement outcomes.
- Provide expert advice to senior managers on contract service deliverables.
- Manage contract performance, identify financial risks, and recommend solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, including drafting, evaluation, and documentation review.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, data security, fraud prevention, and integrity policies.
- Proven experience in procurement and supplier engagement within a government environment, essential.
- Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse, document, and improve contract services.
- Independent judgment and problem-solving abilities in complex procurement scenarios.
- Expertise in influencing strategic decision-making processes.
- Experience in legal contract review.
