Are you looking to build your career in treasury and finance within a dynamic, high-growth tech environment?
We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support our Finance team with the management of cash flow, investment activities, foreign currency payments, and insurance processes. In this role, you'll deliver valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and help drive operational improvements across the business.
This is a maximum term contract of 12 months, covering Parental Leave but with the high growth state of play at TechnologyOne, this can open doors in other roles and functions down the line.
What you'll be doing…
As our Treasury Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and forecasting cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity and maximise returns
- Preparing reporting and analysis to assess treasury performance and support informed decision-making
- Assisting with foreign currency payment processes and associated risk management
- Supporting the administration of our transactional banking platform and maintaining access controls
- Coordinating term deposit investments to ensure sound and profitable strategies
- Assisting with the insurance renewal process and responding to day-to-day insurance queries
- Contributing to the development of financial acumen across the business
- Identify and recommend improvements to treasury processes and controls
- Analyse systems and costs to help improve efficiency and reduce waste
Your Talents…
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a treasury, banking, or finance environment
- Demonstrated ability in cash flow analysis and financial modelling
- Knowledge of transactional banking, financial markets, and money market investments
- Proficiency in Excel (bonus points for programming or automation skills)
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
- Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to effectively and maturely communicate and negotiate in writing and verbally with stakeholders across all levels.
