The Waiting Room is an esteemed and prestigious venue, renowned for offering an impeccable level of luxury and meticulous service. Featuring jewel-toned velvet couches, a dramatic brass accented bar and a spacious open terrace. The Waiting Room continues to elevate Perth's vibrant bar scene with a strong focus on sophisticated cocktails alongside gourmet bar snacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team, motivating and developing a team of passionate hospitality professionals
• Uphold the Forbes 5-star rating and award-winning standards
• Set the standard for excellence in hospitality
• Manage the operations of the venue, ensuring impeccable service
• Drive operational performance, including staffing, inventory and financial management

About you

• 3-4 years previous leadership experience in a similar guest focused environment
• Proven ability to lead, drive and motivate a team to success
• A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
