Your Team
The Business Marketing team sits within Customer Office and is focused on delivering innovative and creative marketing solutions for the Distribution division.
You will contribute to our growth culture by supporting the performance of our CFS Platforms and Managed Accounts including engagement and retention activities. Using data, you will develop tactical marketing strategies to contribute to sales growth, looking at the end-to-end customer journeys to understand opportunities, sales breaks.
Your Responsibilities
- Understand Distribution objectives and financial targets to inform the development of supporting marketing solutions for CFS platforms CFS Edge and FirstChoice
- Be customer obsessed, demonstrate a deep understanding of the adviser landscape and ensure advisers – and they’re clients – are at the centre
- Demonstrate integrated approach with the broader CFS environment working in lockstep with Distribution and Product as well as digital and communications peers
- With support from your manager, own the development of campaign strategies with phased approach including prime, launch and sustain chapters across paid owned and earned
- Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, reporting and post-implementation-review and insight elements

- Industry Insiders – You understand the financial advice ecosystem—how advisers operate, the role of support staff, and the needs of employers. You know how to tailor messaging and engagement to each audience. Challenge Seekers – You’re energised by complexity and ambiguity.
