About the Role

At Tabcorp, we are redefining how the Risk and Compliance team partner with its business stakeholders and have multiple roles available looking after key business units across our wagering, media and gaming businesses. As a Risk Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. You’ll focus on cultivating a proactive risk culture by embedding and operationalising enterprise risk and compliance frameworks and add value by supporting senior business leaders to understand and manage their key risk and compliance obligations.

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance and working closely with senior business leaders, your key responsibilities will include:

• Embedding and operationalising Tabcorp’s enterprise risk and compliance frameworks
• Supporting risk identification and control development
• Supporting business units to understand their key compliance obligations and drive the implementation of controls
• Conducting root cause analysis of incidents and driving continuous improvement
• Leading risk governance forums and preparing risk reports for senior stakeholders
• Providing strategic risk advice across key change initiatives
• Uplifting risk capability and awareness across the organisation

About You

You’re a strategic, commercially minded risk professional who thrives on building relationships and influencing outcomes. You make risk and compliance simple for your stakeholders by bringing pragmatism, energy, and curiosity to everything you do. You’ll also bring:

• Strong experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or advisory
• Deep knowledge of risks and controls
• An analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and propose pragmatic solutions
• Experience in large, regulated businesses or professional services environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
