About The Role
On offer is a long-term contract that will build your exposure and career in a prominent Federal Government Agency. As a Case Manager you will work by managing a caseload to assess available information against legislative criteria and NDIA policy to determine a resolution. This will include working collaboratively with stakeholders and participants to progress matters timely and accurately.

About The Role
On offer is a long-term contract that will build your exposure and career in a prominent Federal Government Agency. As a Case Manager you will work by managing a caseload to assess available information against legislative criteria and NDIA policy to determine a resolution. This will include working collaboratively with stakeholders and participants to progress matters timely and accurately.
- Manage end-to-end case management related to ART applications.
- Interpret legislation and policy to resolve complex matters.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide professional advice and support.
- Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings.
- Prepare reports, resolution documents, and participant plans.
- Apply alternative dispute resolution principles to resolve matters
- A strong background in case management, disability and administration is essential
- Good judgment for assessing risk and associated decision-making
- Experience managing sensitive or complex case portfolios
- Strong knowledge of NDIS policies and guidelines
- Strong communication skills and resilience, including communicating effectively with stakeholders in challenging circumstances.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Exceptional report writing skills
- Experience preparing documents for case management meetings.
- Australian citizen with a current drivers license
